Our Candidate Requirements

To maintain our reputation for excellence, all Premier candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:

• Credentials: CPR & First Aid Certification (Infant/Child/Adult) prior to placement. NCS candidates must hold recognized training or certifications.

• Clearances: Must pass comprehensive criminal background checks, & motor vehicle record screening.

• References: Provide 3–5 professional, verifiable references from past childcare employers or clients.

• Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States.
